The Deluxe room has a view of the city. Also, has a comfortable king bed or two single beds and their amenities include high-end bathroom amenities, mini-refrigerator, a flat-screen TV and a large closet.

Superior Room with nice view

The Superior Room offers guests a king size bed or 2 twin beds, a balcony or terrace with stunning views of the Nakheel Mall, and a fully equipped kitchen to enjoy total freedom during your stay.

Services include a flat-screen satellite TV, tea and coffee-making facilities and free Wi-Fi. (Add $490 per room)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DEPOSIT & FINAL PAYMENT:

I. DEPOSIT:

In order to secure your booking, a deposit of $300 per person MUST be paid.

II. ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT:

At times, additional deposits may be required for your arrangements and at times, this information may be advised after initial quote or confirmation. If applicable, we will advise you as soon as we are made aware of this by the supplier.

III. DEPOSIT PAYMENTS:

All deposit payments, for land and/or air must be made with credit or debit card only. $300 is due immediately with your Registration/Booking Form.

IV. FINAL PAYMENT AND DOCUMENT ISSUANCE:

Final payment and valid passport copies* are due no later than 90 days prior to departure November 8, 2024. For payments within 90 days of departure or if air tickets and documents need to be issued immediately after payment, a certified check, bank draft or wire transfer must be received. Normally air tickets and travel documents are sent out 30 days prior to departure.

The above are our normal final payment terms; however, certain arrangements may require the balance of payment earlier.

Important: *These are required as per TSA requirements. Tickets cannot be issued without this information.

V. INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS:

The Supplier will accept installment payments on groups. Please note, any refunds of installment payments that have been made over and above the non-refundable deposits will be subject to a $5.00 processing fee per $100 (e.g., a refund of $500 will be charged a $25 fee), a minimum charge of $5 will apply. This processing fee applies if the cancellation is made prior to the effective date of the penalty period for the group. Important Note: Cancellation penalties for some travel arrangements may differ from our general conditions. In this occurrence, you will be advised of these addendums at the time of confirmation or prior to any penalties becoming applicable and as soon as we are notified of these special conditions. Destiney’s Adventures LLC charges $50 per person for all cancellations. This fee may or may not be covered by travel insurance.

VI. INSURANCE:

It is strongly recommended that clients purchase cancellation insurance to protect themselves against cancellation due to illness prior to or during travel. In the event a traveler becoming ill during a tour and has not purchased insurance, all hospital and medical expenses are the traveler's responsibility. Based on the Supplier's current cancellation policies the passenger may incur up to 100% cancellation penalties and should protect themselves with cancellation insurance.

Insurance MUST be purchased within 14 days of individual client deposits or payments being made and only covers pre-existing conditions. After that time, you waive your right to be covered for pre-existing conditions. Once purchased, the premium is non-refundable.

Rates: All rates are subject to reconfirmation at the time of the policy being purchased. We will be happy to quote current rates, however these are not guaranteed until the policy is purchased.

IMPORTANT NOTES ON INSURANCE: Destiney's Adventures LLC cannot offer insurance to clients who are non-US or Canadian residents or if they reside in Quebec.

VII. PASSPORT & VISA INFORMATION*:

Please ensure that passport books are valid for the minimum validity required for ALL destinations being traveled to. The information following only applies to the itinerary booked with Destiney's Adventures LLC and its Suppliers and does not cover any independently arranged destinations. Passports should be valid for a minimum of 6 months from your scheduled return date. Emirati authorities will deny you entry if your passport shows an X in the “sex” field or includes an observation to that effect.

VII. VISAS

Dubai: At time of this quotation, there is no visa requirement for US citizens stays under 30 days.

Applies to US passport holders only. Please make sure that all destinations to be visited or transited verified with the applicable consulate(s) for entry requirements prior to departure, together with requirements for anyone travelling on non-US passports.

VIII. For any tourism visa applicant less than 18 years old and traveling either with relatives or with 1 or both parents, it is mandatory to send the below documentations:

• Consanguinity proof (birth certificate when traveling with parents as their names will be mentioned there or other proof to be provided when traveling with second- or third-degree relatives like aunts, uncles, grandparents).

• Copy of valid passport of the parent/s or accompanying relative.

• Copy of valid visa, either visit or residence or application copy of the parent/s or accompanying relative.

• Birth certificate of the underage applicant.

IX. MEDICATIONS

Please note the below regarding bringing medicines and prescription drugs and/or any drugs into the UAE.

GENERAL:

X CURRENCY AND PRICING FLUCTUATIONS

This proposal is based on the current exchange rate(s). Should there be considerable currency fluctuations, we reserve the right to apply any necessary surcharges. In the event of any additional fuel surcharges by the Land Suppliers and/or airlines, we reserve the right to add these to the costs of the land package and/or airfare. Any applicable increases will be advised in writing prior to final payment. Prices are guaranteed once final payment has been made.

XII. FORCE MAJEURE:

We shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses, delays or loss of enjoyment, of any nature or kind whatsoever, resulting from events beyond our or a supplier’s reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lockouts or other labor disputes or disruptions, wars, blockades, insurrections, riots, earthquakes, weather conditions, floods or acts or restraints imposed by government authorities

XIII. RESPONSIBILITIES

Destiney's Adventures LLC, the Supplier, and/or its agents act only as agents for the client in all matters pertaining to travel. They assume no responsibility nor liability in connection with the service of any train, vessel, carriage, aircraft, motor or other conveyances which may be used, either wholly or in part, in the performance of its duty to the passenger; neither will it be responsible for any act, error, or omission, or any injury, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of any defect in any vehicle or through the neglect or default of any company or person engaged in carrying out the purpose for which tickets or coupons are issued. In the event that it becomes necessary or advisable for the comfort or well-being of the passengers, or for any reason whatsoever, to alter the itinerary or arrangements, such alterations may be made without penalty to the operators. Additional expenses, if any, shall be borne by the passengers, conversely refund will be made to the passengers if any saving is affected thereby. The airlines concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission, or event, during the time passengers are not on board their planes or conveyance. The passage contract in use by the airlines concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the airlines and the purchaser of these tours and/or passenger. The right is reserved to withdraw any or all tours should condition warrant, also to decline to accept or retain any passengers as Members of the tours. Destiney's Adventures LLC, the Supplier, or agent can assume no responsibility for lost tickets or coupons.

XIV. IMPORTANT REGARDING COVID-19 AND IMPACT ON TRAVEL:

It is the individual's responsibility to keep themselves informed of all requirements in relation to their trip and any COVID-19 based restrictions, and we suggest these are constantly monitored right up until departure, as they can change at any time. The same applies to any travel companions and all members of a group who may be travelling.

Destiney's Adventures LLC, its host agency and/or suppliers are not liable for any loss due to failure to read and understand this information, as the considerations included in this document may be critical to your upcoming trip.

Additional Terms and Conditions

• Submitting a deposit and payments for this package signifies your acceptance of Destiney’s Adventures LLC’s and its Supplier’s Terms and Conditions.
  
• All deposits and payments submitted to Destiney’s Adventures LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable. We have contractual agreements with multiple vendors that will not allow us to obtain refunds.
  
• You are strongly encouraged to protect your travel investment by purchasing travel protection insurance. Get A Quote
  
• Reservations must be made in your full name as it appear on your U.S. Passport.
  
• Cancelation request will incur a $50 per person fee. Cancelation Request Form
  
• Names changes allowed with approval and a $30 name change fee after the first change. Name Change Form
  
• Name changes will not be allowed 120 days prior to trip start date.
  
• A monthly payment schedule is required to keep your reservation current. We require a minimum of $100 per person.
  
• The final payment due date July 16, 2024 cannot be changed.
  
• A late payment fee of $25 will automatically be added to your reservation if the monthly payment is not received within 3 days of the scheduled due date.
  
• You must ensure that your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
  
• Credit Card authorization form for ALL additional reservation payments. Credit Card Authorization Form
  
• Final payment must be received on or before July 3, 2024. Failure to submit the final payment as required will result in an automatic cancellation of the entire reservation. Destiney’s Adventures LLC will not be held responsible for any loss of funds due to cancellation.
  

Payment Plans

$400 per person due IMMEDIATELY

Traveler’s may submit payments as often as you like using a Credit Card Authorization Form. However, this experience requires a $400 per person deposit immediately, a minimum of $100 per person each month, and final payment on or before July 16, 2024.

Uplift Payment Request

Destiney’s Adventures LLC requires a $25 service fee for all Uplift travel financing application request.
